Community Conversations are exactly what they sound like- public dialogue. The Alliance for Public Schools gathers community members, teachers, school district representatives, parents and students together to have important discussions in support of children and their public schools. We feel that the community should play an important role in creating a vision for what their public schools should be and advocating to achieve that vision.

First, we ask, “What role do public schools play in our community?” Then, we discuss the question, “What role does the community play in our public schools?”

These conversations can happen anywhere! We would love to facilitate a conversation for your community. Click here and contact us to learn more.

Take part in our virtual conversation today! Identify your priorities for students, teachers and public schools in a few short questions below. We use the information to help shape our Community Legislative Priorities and our advocacy agenda for the year.
